Little boy has a quiet corner.
The baywindow and its ledge is little boy’s favourite corner in the house. The never-ending strings of cars in the carpark and expressway below, and the flashing lights from the office block across never fails to amuse him.
He would stand up, crawl along the ledge, and climb onto the stools, and press his face against the glass, peering down intently. Whenever he’s whining, the corner will quiet him down and help him self-entertain. And he can be here alone, quiet, for at least 45min 🙂
Climbing up the stool, something he finally managed and learnt lately — he learnt how to bend his knee, press against the stool and push himself up. Probably helps that his legs seemed longer now. 我学会爬上凳子了！
